Gracias por tu comentario. Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente con tu orden y entendemos lo frustrante que puede ser recibir un producto incompleto.
Recibimos tu mensaje el 28 de diciembre, el 30 de diciembre nos comunicamos contigo para resolverlo y el 2 de enero llegamos hasta donde tí para remediarlo. ¡El 1 de enero estábamos de receso —también necesitamos recargar energías!— pero tan pronto volvimos, pasamos personalmente a colocar el pin que faltaba en tu sandalia.
